 The Yark family is originally from Toledo and both Yark brothers, Jim and John, graduated from local high schools and both attended Ohio State University. After Jim acquired the organization in the early 1980s, he implemented a detailed business plan that helped the dealership grow to what it is today. Currently, the Yark Automotive Group includes eleven franchises, six pre-owned vehicle lots, a body shop, a car rental company and the Toledo area's largest retail and wholesale parts department.
