Toledo electric vehicle fans already know to expect pulse-quickening acceleration and groundbreaking efficiency from the latest EV models, and the Silverado EV promises to meet, and exceed, these expectations. Powering this versatile truck is an advanced battery pack electric motor that is rechargeable and produces up to 510 horsepower and 615 pound-feet of torque at its base model, with upper-level models expected to produce an impressive 754 horsepower with 785 pound-feet of torque.

Depending on which trim level you prefer and how you get your Silverado EV truck configured, you can expect around 8,000 to 20,000 pounds for towing ability, making it a model that's not only environmentally friendly but also practical.

Efficiency and Range

 

Ready for one of our favorite parts about the upcoming, 2024 Chevy Silverado EV? It's that Chevrolet estimates this impressive pickup will average up to 400 miles in electric driving range. Not only that, but once plugged into a DC fast-charging unit, it cranks up to 100 miles of range in just 10 minutes. Not near a fast-charging station? The Silverado EV recharges on your household 120v standard charger overnight, which means it's ready to hit the road in the morning when you are.
